France, in November the average rate mortgages stood at 3.77% against 3.80% in October, according to the last note of Tendency Observatory Credit Housing / CSA. 67% of French mortgages are now at a rate below 4%, against 3.6% in late 2008. The average duration of loans continues to decline and now stands at 208 months.
