How to Book - Cannes Villa Rental |
- When you have decided to book Les Karias please contact us by email or telephone making sure you have the following information at hand:
- Your name and number of people travelling, including the social makeup ... couples/ singles/ children etc.
- The preferred arrival and departure dates with alternative dates if possible.
- We will then get back to you promptly to confirm availability and send you a Reservation Form and details about our booking conditions.
- To finalise the booking you will have to complete the Reservation Form, providing your name and contact details and return it to us by email. We also ask for a 25% deposit payable by bank transfer.
- When we receive the completed Reservation Form as well as the deposit Les Karias will be reserved for you. We will send you a written confirmation of the booking and a receipt of payment.
- The balance of the rent is due 8 weeks prior to the date of arrival. A security deposit of £800 will also be required and is payable with the balance of the rent. The security deposit will be repaid after your stay.
- Once the reservation is completed We will send you a detailed map with instructions of how to reach Les Karias.
- Once your travel agenda has been finalised we kindly ask you to let us know your approximate time of arrival so that we can ensure that someone is at the property to meet you and to show you around.
